Faye becomes City's fourth summer signing

Hull City have made their fourth summer signing by bringing in free agent Abdoulaye Faye.

The 34 year old Senegalese defender joins The Tigers on a one year deal after his release from Championship Play-Off winners West Ham United last season where he played 29 times in a successful campaign for the London club.

Faye, speaking on his new club said; 'I am very happy to be here and to have signed for Hull City. It is a fresh challenge for me and one that I am greatly looking forward to.

'I spent time watching Hull last season and they played very well. We have plenty of talented young players in the squad and I think I can complement them with my experience.

Faye brings height and experience to the City squad having featured in the Premier League with Bolton Wanderers, Newcastle United and Stoke City after moving from French football.
