A Hull City XI emerged 3-1 winners against Brigg Town in this evening`s latest pre-season friendly.
A brace from young striker Johnny Margetts, either side of a delightful chip from Lewis Clarkson ensured City won the match, although Brigg looked more than their match for significant parts of the game and had equalised in the second half through Danny Buttle.
The Tigers fielded a largely youthful line-up with Mark Cullen, Jamie Devitt and Sonny Bradley the most noticeable names while Bryan Hughes again featured, this time in a more unconventional centre-back role before moving into midfield for the second half.
City used the fixture to field two trialists who both played the second half. As exclusively revealed via our official Twitter feed, French striker Nabil Baha and Congolese midfielder Tsholola Tshinyama (known as Tiko) both featured in an attempt to impress the City hierarchy
30 year old Baha is a former Braga, Malaga and AEK Athens forward most recently at CE Sabadell FC while Tiko most recently played for Belgian side Lokeren.
