Report: Hartlepool United 1 - 1 Hull City
Hull City recorded a 1-1 draw in their latest pre-season fixture at Hartlepool United.
In front of just 900 supporters in a fixture which failed to capture the public`s imagination, a dull affair saw City held by the League 1 outfit.
Hartlepool took the lead as Jonathan Franks volleyed in from the edge of the box before Cameron Stewart equalised from close range, tapping in after a shot from Jamie Devitt was spilled.
The fixture provided the first opportunity to see defender Abdoulaye Faye while Matty Fryatt and Nick Proschwitz were partnered together in the second half.
The Tigers final pre-season friendly takes place on Tuesday night as Norwich City visits the KC.
