'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Preview: Sheffeld Wednesday -Vs- Hull City

After three consecutive league defeats, Steve Bruce may make personnel and tactical changes in search of a return to winning ways at Sheffield Wednesday this afternoon.

With a two week international break looming after today`s game, Steve Bruce will be aware of the importance to avoid a fourth consecutive loss which could see his side lose pace on the top six, having slowly slipped down the league over the past ten days.

After a 3-2 loss to Blackpool, Bruce was again left to bemoan the individual errors which cost his team victory. Having suggested changes could be made, Bruce could opt to revert to a 4-4-2 formation to make the team more solid, while personnel changes are also expected.

Alex Bruce is set to miss-out, meaning his place may be taken by Corry Evans or Paul McKenna if bringing in another midfielder, or as on Tuesday night, Liam Rosenior with Elmohamady moving to right midfield. Seyi Olofinjana is also a doubt, with Evans on stand-by.

City left back Joe Dudgeon is also a doubt, with Andy Dawson set to feature for the first time in the league this season. The home side meanwhile are without Kieran Lee and Lewis Buxton, although Rhys McCabe is fit and could feature in the eighteen man squad.

Vital Hull Prediction: Sheffield Wednesday 0 - 2 Hull City
