Instant Reactions - Hull v Leeds (30/1/18)

Following yesterday's clash between Hull City and Leeds United, here are the instant reactions from both managers.

Hull City hosted Leeds United at the KCOM Stadium for a 7.45pm kick off on Tuesday January 30, with both sides playing out a scoreless draw.

Leeds ended their three game losing streak and had Felix Wiedwald to thank for a number of saves in the first half, and a point for Hull leaves them in 21st place, above the dropzone on goal difference now.

McGregor, Tomori, Dawson, Mazuch (Hector 69), Aina, Bowen, Henriksen (Grosicki 45), Larsson, Irvine, Campbell, Dicko (Keane 72).

Toral, Marshall, Evandro, Clark.

Wiedwald, Berardi, Shaughnessy (Dallas 6), Jansson, De Bock, Alioski (Sacko 86), Forshaw, Vieira, Hernandez, Roofe (Cibicki 90+2), Lasogga.

Lonergan, Anita, Vieira Nan, Pearce.

Speaking to the BBC's cameras a short time after match day referee Tony Harrington blew the final whistle, Leeds United boss Thomas Christiansen explained.

'It wasn't a great game, but it was a game that we all expected. In general I'm satisfied with the courage the players showed from the first minute to the 95th. We are in a bad run, not only with the results, but with red cards and now with injuries. Conor's injury was his ankle, already at half-time it was swollen, so we'll see.'

At the time of going to print, Hull's Nigel Adkins hadn't given his thoughts.
