The Hull Daily Mail has reported that Adam Pearson will sell Hull City at Noon today to Paul Duffen, although Pearson will continue in an advisory role at the club for the next year.
The takeover will be announced at Noon today at a press conference arranged yesterday to be held at the KC Stadium. Vital Hull will be at the event and we will report the news to you upon our return from the KC.
Pearson, who is believed to have sold the entire club, along with the Stadium Management Company has ended a six year reign at the club that has involved the club being saved from the brink of extinction aswell as having enjoyed two promotions.
Pearson is expected to remain at the club for a short time after the deal has been completed.
